All corporate bodies registered in Hong Kong, including commercial organisations, government departments, professional bodies, tertiary education institutions, non-profit making organisations and non-governmental organisations are eligible for the Award.
The submission could be an ICT product,service or project, created, initiated or sold by the applicant, with clear articulation of its collaborating parties. The applicant is expected to provide the proof of endorsement from its collaborating parties.
Each entry should be able to describe the product or service in the application and be ready to demonstrate it at the exposition of this Award. All entries must ensure that they have the rightful ownership or proper representation of the intellectual properties used in their products or services.
Company/organisation related to the members of the Organising Committee, Assessment Panel and Judge Panel of the "Hong Kong ICT Awards 2013: Best Collaboration Award" and their family members are not eligible to participate.
